The Department of Electrical Engineering offers the most diverse Programme in Engineering. Our students have a deep sense of understanding in Mathematics and Physics. The topics under the umbrella of Electrical Sciences span from machinery of micro size to Mega size, computational dynamics of frequency 0Hz to GHz and applications involving milliwatt to GW. This diversity makes our Graduates the most adaptable and the most versatile team of interdisciplinary capacity. The laboratories in the Department contribute a lot to the practical skill development of every graduate and also develop them as the most confident lot. Our students have shown excellence at the University level right from 1962 in Kerala University to 2020 in APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Their potential has been acclaimed beyond borders due to which almost 40% of our Alumni are working in various countries of the world. Our Alumni are also the most worthy citizens of the nation adoring coveted positions in various Electrical industries of the nation.
