TKM College of Engineering welcomes distinguished alumnus Dr. Sadiq as its new Principal-in-Charge, bringing an extensive background in academic leadership, mechanical engineering research, and entrepreneurial development.
Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Engineering (TKMCE) has announced the appointment of Dr. Sadiq as the Principal-in-Charge. An alumnus of the institution, Dr. Sadiq possesses a formidable academic background with MTech and PhD degrees from IIT Madras.
His career is marked by a blend of research excellence and administrative leadership:
Research & Innovation: He holds four patents and was honored with the 'Best Researcher in Mechanical Engineering' award by INAE in 2010.
Academic Leadership: He has served in high-level positions, including Dean (Academic) at APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.
Current Focus: In addition to his new role, he serves as Dean (Industry Connect Entrepreneurship & Business Development).
Dr. Sadiq's appointment is expected to leverage his "strong combination of academic excellence, research strength, and entrepreneurial drive" to lead TKMCE forward.
